Our full 16-week running program is available for free on all music streaming platforms. All you need are running shoes and earbuds!

how it works

Start running when you hear the music, and then stop and walk when the music stops. When the music starts again, you start running again. It’s that easy!

healthy build-up

The music will get longer for each training week, and we recommend following this program 3x a week before moving on to the next stage.

Weekly themes

Every week features a different musical theme, and a longer run duration. We advise one rest day between the training sessions.
